Import workouts from screenshots with Atlas

Atlas can now analyze workout images and convert them into Ride Cave workouts. Just paste, drop, or attach a screenshot and let AI do the translation.

Screenshot to Workout

You find a great workout online. Maybe someone shared it on social media, or your coach sent you a workout card, or you want to recreate something from another platform. The structure looks perfect, but now you have to manually rebuild it interval by interval.

Atlas can now do this for you. Attach an image of any workout to your Atlas chat, and it extracts the complete structure—duration, intervals, power targets, everything—and converts it to a Ride Cave workout you can actually ride.

How It Works

When chatting with Atlas, paste a screenshot directly (Cmd+V or Ctrl+V), drag and drop an image file, or click the attachment button to select from your files. Send your message, and Atlas analyzes the visual structure: duration bars, zone colors, power targets, and interval labels.

Within seconds, you have a fully structured workout. Open it in the editor to review, tweak if needed, and save to your library. No more squinting at zone colors and manually typing interval durations.

What Atlas Understands

Atlas can interpret workouts from virtually any source—power charts, zone-colored bar graphs, even photos of workout cards written on whiteboards. It handles tabata-style short intervals, long endurance blocks, and complex multi-set structures.

The AI automatically converts zone names to power percentages based on your FTP. If something in the image is unclear, Atlas will ask for clarification rather than guessing.

Try It

Next time you see a workout you want to try, screenshot it and send it to Atlas. No more manual transcription. Just paste and ride.
