Skills
Push your limits on the boards.
Ten focused efforts that test your sprint, your control and your cadence, ridden on a 3D velodrome. See what each one asks, ride it with a live coach in the corner, and chase your best.

The skills
Ten ways to test yourself.
Sprint
Max Power, a 5 second all out effort. The 200m and 500m Flyers, timed at full speed from a flying start.
Standing starts
The 500m Standing Start, the 1km kilo and the 3km Pursuit. The clock starts on your first pedal stroke, from a dead stop on the line.
Control and cadence
Balance holds your power in a 40 W window. Metronome holds 90 to 100 rpm, Spin Cycle holds 110 rpm and up, and Watt Ramp climbs until you crack.
Before you start
Know what it takes.
Pick your skill.
Every skill shows its difficulty, how long it takes and what it trains. Filter by difficulty or tag, or search for the one you want.

See the records.
Open a skill to see what it asks of you, the XP it earns, the track it is ridden on, the overall best, your personal best and the top 10.

On the boards
A coach in the corner.
Always know what to do.
The skill panel shows a dot for each phase, a bar for how far through it you are, what to do now and what comes next. In Balance, Metronome, Spin Cycle and Watt Ramp a live gauge shows you against the target window, and if you drift out it counts down the seconds you have to get back in. The lap board at the finish shows your goal, and the skill radio calls each phase in the 3D world.

Every best gets its moment.
The record corner shows your best to beat, then your attempt live. When an attempt ends, the radio tells you why and what you scored. Beat your best and you get a bigger call, a flash at the finish and the whole venue lit up.

Fair and honest
Records that mean something.
Leaderboards
Every skill has an overall best, your personal best and a top 10, so you know exactly where you stand.
Completed or not
Hold a zone and press End, and the time you held still counts. Stop a standing start halfway and no time is saved, so the records stay real.
Called in the world
Prompts like “30 seconds until max effort” and “GO! 200 METERS!” come from the skill radio in the 3D world, not a banner over your ride.
Progress over time
Your attempts are saved with your rides, so you can watch your bests climb as your fitness grows.
